San Marcos Civic Center Center

The San Marcos Civic Center Plaza is located in the heart of San Marcos. The center has a L.A. Fitness, FedEx Office and Ryan Brothers Coffee. This was the first of three buildings totaling 17,000 SF. The scope also included the surrounding site work.
