Arris

Arris was a 15,805 SF, four-story renovation of their existing 180,630 SF space. The project was a fully occupied building with a tight schedule. A large majority of the constructible area consisted of laboratories. The first set of laboratories needed to be completed in just a matter of weeks so the tenant could vacate their other building. Large server rooms, laboratories and a new HVAC system was part of the scope.
