Take Lessons

This project started as a single page concept plan. We then assembled a preliminary proposal based on the type of construction the customer wanted. We presented ideas to get the same look, but for less cost, and then we revised our budget based on the meeting.
The Irvine Company leasing agents were then able to make the deal with the customer, and at that point Gensler was hired to complete a full set of plans based on our scope. Bycor was awarded as the low bidder and we ended up being around $5000 under our budget price and on time. Take Lessons was a Class A tenant improvement with a modern design. The ceilings were open with exposed sheet metal duct, stained concrete floor and reclaimed wood features.
