Scripps Eastlake

The Scripps Clinic Eastlake was a complete two-story build-out from shell condition. New underground and above ground plumbing, electrical, fire sprinklers and HVAC systems were installed. Bycor also built a check-in lobby with administrative offices and conference rooms. The project included internal medicine, geriatric medicine, pediatrics and family medicine exam rooms as well as procedure rooms, nurse’s stations and medical records room.
