Scripps Windmill Plaza

Scripps Windmill Plaza was a major renovation of an existing, occupied shopping center. The project area was three acres and consisted of refacing the entire center. Extensive site work including building underground utilities. There were ADA upgrades throughout site.
We changed all parking lot and site lighting and added new landscaping and exterior paint.
